Place absorbent section facing up in the crotch of your undies.

Place the wings in the legs of your undies.

Fold each wing inward towards each other.

Snap shut to secure the pad in place.

You can now move freely without worry of leaks or discomfort!

Make sure to change the pad whenever it feels full, wet, and/or uncomfortable. Use the wet bag to carry the used pad for when you're outside.

Our small or light flow EcoPads can hold up to 1 ounce of liquid. The medium flow can do up to 2, whereas the heavy flow ones can absorb up to 3 ounces.

+How do we know when to change the pad?

Knowing when to change your EcoPad is pretty simple and similar to when you would to a disposable pad. You should aim to change your pad when it starts to feel full or wet and uncomfortable, typically 6 - 8 hours, according to some research. Please note that the duration can even be shorter depending on the heaviness of your flow.

+I’m new to this. Where do I start?

We highly suggest purchasing our starter pack first, so you could get a good idea of how a reusable pad feels like, as well as which size is the most appropriate for you during that time of the month.
