Here is what to expect when you order from Rudie, from dispatch to delivery. For help with an order, contact hello@rudie.com.au.

Shipping within Australia

  • Orders of A$75 or more: free standard shipping.
  • Orders below A$75: A$7 standard shipping.

Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you pay. Check the order total and selected delivery option before completing your purchase.

When we dispatch

Order before 1:00pm AWST (Perth time) on a weekday for same-business-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00pm or on a weekend are dispatched the next business day. Public holidays are not business days.

Estimated delivery times

Standard Australian delivery is estimated at 4–9 business days. Dispatch and delivery are different: dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by your location, public holidays and carrier delays.

International orders

We also ship internationally. Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Australian delivery estimates do not apply to international orders. Customs processing can affect arrival times; check any destination import requirements before ordering.

Checking your delivery details

Please check your shipping address, postcode and contact details before placing your order. If you spot an error, email us promptly with your order number and the correct details. We will check whether the order can still be updated before dispatch.

Tracking and delivery help

Use the tracking details in your dispatch update, where available, or visit our Track Order page. If your parcel is late, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact hello@rudie.com.au with your order number so we can help investigate. Keep any packaging and photographs if an item arrives damaged.
