Rudie sold period underwear for five years. Then we tested the fabric and found what most of the industry is made of: 20 to 30% synthetic plastic, sitting against your skin all day.
So we stopped selling and started over. Three years and more than forty fabric samples later, this is what we rebuilt: a 92% bamboo body, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, with a multi-layer leak-proof gusset. Up to 70% less synthetic than the standard pair.

No. We have made period underwear in Australia for five years. What is new is this range: we rebuilt every style from the fibre up after finding plastic in our old fabric. Same brand, five years in, brand new product. The founding offer is for the people buying the new range first.
How do I know my size?
Rudie runs true to size in AU 6 to 14. Order your usual underwear size. Between sizes? Size up. Wrong fit? We will swap it, easy 30-day returns.
When will it arrive?
Dispatched from our Perth warehouse, usually same or next business day. Standard delivery is 4 to 9 business days, free over $75 (your box qualifies).
